All liability of CVSCAN, its directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the Website and/or the Services is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.

Payment Terms

Online payment services will be carried out by Paddle.com and shall be subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Billing Process

90 Days Access Plan Subscription is a recurrent payment billed every 90 days until you cancel it.

30 Days Access Plan is a one-off payment for 30 days, then when that expires you'd need to manually create another billing for another 30 days if you want to carry on using CVSCAN.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us by email and we will proceed your refund.

PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund.

Refunds via credit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into a customer’s account.

To cancel or update your payment method for your subcription, simply enter your email in the form below and you will be prompted with the choice of either cancelling your subscription or updating your payment method.

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
